As an independent designer with an owner mindset, I bring a blend of curiosity and creativity to every project. I thrive on solving problems and turning ideas into reality.

I operate as a versatile generalist designer, taking ownership of projects from inception to delivery. From conducting research and defining goals to ideating, designing, prototyping, testing, and finally shipping—I'm involved every step of the way.

With a strong emphasis on collaboration, I excel at working with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our projects. My user-centric approach to design allows me to deeply understand and address the needs of our audience, resulting in impactful and intuitive products.

My experience spans across various business models, including B2B, C2C, and B2C, giving me a well-rounded perspective on product design.

ShipHero: Picking Flows

The main challenge I faced in this project was finding a flexible flow that could consistently support all the existing picking processes within the warehouse, while also addressing multiple additional needs that arose along the way.

Fennel Investment App

I collaborated with Fennel as a freelancer, joining their team with an existing app already available on the Apple Store. My role involved conducting user interviews and comprehensive testing of their app to identify areas for enhancement. Here's what I uncovered during this process and how I addressed the identified issues.

Lev: smarter financing
for commercial real estate.

Lev provides a commercial real estate financing platform connecting lenders and borrowers, facilitating the discovery of suitable lenders to support borrowers' projects while fostering long-term relationships between them. These are some of the features I designed while working with them.

Payfully: New Product Launch

During my time at Payfully, a company that provides capital and liquidity services to real estate agents, I took on the challenge of designing the product from scratch. Subsequently, I analyzed post-launch usage data and worked with that in the following iterations. Additionally, I played a key role in establishing brand guidelines.

Finding the Right Restaurant

I worked at Restorando, the leading online restaurant reservation platform in Latin America, for 3 years. During this project, I conducted research to understand why we were experiencing a high bounce rate on the restaurant profile page. After gathering valuable insights into user needs, I redesigned the page and tested it with users. The result? We launched an improved version that delivered better metrics for us.

Forta.org

Forta is a network and community of leading security experts who help detect scams and threats.

They didn't have any subscription plans. Users could freely subscribe to any bot and integrate with their own bots without any limits. In this project, we introduced a system of plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of our users.

Review Flow Redesign

We wanted to bring diners interesting, accurate, and reliable information about restaurants. This is how I learned to capture better information for future diners and create a collaborative network of food lovers.

Timeular: Meet Your Goals

Timeular is a time-tracking app, used by freelancers and employees to create invoices, manage client's hours, even improve estimation work and manage efficiently the team hours. In this project, we included a way for users to set goals on how to use their time.

Timeular: New Business Model,
New User Experience!

Timeular's value proposition changed, instead of focusing on the time tracker hardware the idea was to focus on the value of the software, which was increased enormously. This change needed to be reflected in how the product was charged so a lot of changes followed: a new user flow, new subscription plans, and billing options.
